This information is available from the California Dept of Education here:

It contains enrollment by ethnicity, grade, and gender.

I'm just posting a trimmed down version with only OUSD schools for each year along with a unified file which has the total for each school by year. This is something you can do with the raw files using something like Pivot Tables.
